About the Image
Jeremy sits quietly overlooking Lake Erie as the sun sets, bringing a moment of stillness to our 7,000-mile journey across America. The title takes its name from Otis Redding’s poignant classic (Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay, a tragic song about reflection, restlessness and watching the world go by. After weeks on the road in our 1982 Cadillac Eldorado, it felt fitting to pause, take in the view and let the journey catch up with us.
